*** Lojong is a Tibetan word usually translated as “mind training”, literally “Lo” means “attitude”, and “jong” means both “purify” and “exercise” – in the sense of getting rid of negative and disrupting attitude, and building more positive attitude.
Lojong is the development of the Bodhisattva’s motivation, which is considered the very essence of all the Buddha’s teachings. Any progress on the Dharma path depends on a good understanding of the lojong teachings and becoming stable in practicing them.
Lojong practices came to Tibet from India in the early 11th century with Atishya, wove into the Kadam tradition, and then into all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism. These are, in fact, some of the basic teachings that bind all Tibetan traditions together. Atiśya received the lojong tradition from his teacher Dharmarakshita

*** Dorje Phamo also known as Vajrayogini, is the main yidam in the Karma Kagyu tradition. She was the secret Yidam of the great teachers of the Kagyu lineage: Marpa, Milarepa and Gampopa, as well as subsequent Karmapas. For thirteen generations, the teachings about Dorje Phamo were passed on by the master to only one selected disciple. It is said that the practice of the Dorje Phamo sadhana is the gateway to both Mahamudra practice and the Six Dharmas of Naropa, and her blessing quickly leads to achievement of insight. In Warsaw, Rinpoche will give empowerment in the complete version based on the text of the 6th Karmapa Tongwa Donden.
